1. Coordinate introduction of new products from testing technical side, provide technical input relating to testing , prepare technical specification

2. New project MAE/tooling design/setup/release

3. MAE/EWAK cost/lead-time reduction CIP, MAE/EWAK localization

4. Support production of existing products on all technical issues affecting product quality, manufacturing and overall equipment effectiveness

5. Test program development, optimization, and localization

6. Ensure production activities confirm to system requirement.

7. Develop and implement improvements in product quality, cost and delivery performance

8. Resolve customer quality issues.

Working Experience: 1. 3+ years in ECU Testing regarding of electronics,Video/Audio,Tuner wireless Testing manufacturing background.

1. With testing program development experience preferred

2. With leading project experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills: 1. Be familiar with testing for final assembly

Good English communication:

1. Project Management experience is preferred
