  • During the program, you will coordinate the locations of our International Production Network (IPN) for power electronics in China, Hungary, Romania and other countries.

  • You will track and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) within the IPN to identify optimization potential and enable data-based decisions.

  • In addition, you actively support the IPN planning processes, from location concepts to technical capacities and investments.

  • You will lead specific improvement projects in the International Production Network and drive their successful implementation.

  • Last but not least, you will promote cross-location collaboration and identify synergies through the exchange of best practices.

  • Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences (with specialization in Automotive or Production Engineering), Business Administration or comparable and concrete intention to take up a Master's degree afterwards

  • Experience and Knowledge: initial experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in large-scale automotive production, through involvement in production optimization projects; international experience; demonstrable experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to leverage synergies; knowledge of production processes, lean management or Six Sigma; experience in dealing with key performance indicators (KPIs); familiarity with software tools for data analysis, project management and communication (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems, PowerBI/Tableau); basic understanding of power electronics and its applications

  • Personality and Working Practice: you are able to analyze complex data and make well-founded decisions; you demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences in order to work effectively with international teams; you proactively tackle challenges and develop creative solutions

  • Work Routine: willingness for occasional travel

  • Enthusiasm: for the automotive industry and electrification

  • Languages: business fluent in English, knowledge of German, Chinese, Hungarian, Spanish or Romanian is advantageous
