Our Pre Master program offers you the unique opportunity to play an active role in shaping the international production network for power electronics. Here you will take on responsibility from day one, drive optimization and network locations worldwide.

During the program, you will coordinate the locations of our International Production Network (IPN) for power electronics in China, Hungary, Romania and other countries.

You will track and analyze the key performance indicators (KPIs) within the IPN to identify optimization potential and enable data-based decisions.

In addition, you actively support the IPN planning processes, from location concepts to technical capacities and investments.

You will lead specific improvement projects in the International Production Network and drive their successful implementation.

Last but not least, you will promote cross-location collaboration and identify synergies through the exchange of best practices.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences (with specialization in Automotive or Production Engineering), Business Administration or comparable and concrete intention to take up a Master's degree afterwards

Experience and Knowledge: initial experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in large-scale automotive production, through involvement in production optimization projects; international experience; demonstrable experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to leverage synergies; knowledge of production processes, lean management or Six Sigma; experience in dealing with key performance indicators (KPIs); familiarity with software tools for data analysis, project management and communication (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems, PowerBI/Tableau); basic understanding of power electronics and its applications

Personality and Working Practice: you are able to analyze complex data and make well-founded decisions; you demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of cultural differences in order to work effectively with international teams; you proactively tackle challenges and develop creative solutions

Work Routine: willingness for occasional travel

Enthusiasm: for the automotive industry and electrification

Languages: business fluent in English, knowledge of German, Chinese, Hungarian, Spanish or Romanian is advantageous
The Bosch Pre Master Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase offers up to 12 months of practical experience as part of a gap year to learn about technical and business contexts. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes further practical experience in the context of student employment as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
