• Drive business value of own (sub-)process in line with the overall process strategy

• Communicate and continuously implement the (sub-)process Manufacture to Supply (M2S) and/or the production (fine) planning process Plan to Produce (PtP) at a global level

• Align and adapt (sub-)process changes, including requirements from users, norms, standards, and interfacing processes

• Support the definition of the roadmap to roll out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-)process

• Secure sustainable implementation and compliance with process standards, e.g. within an S/4HANA transformation project

• Drive digitalization and automation of logistics, manufacturing, and planning-related processes, including the implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets

• Monitor relevant key performance indicators and initiate, manage, and drive implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes and capabilities

• Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes

• Intensive communication, collaboration, and change management in an international environment

• Education: Relevant university degree (e.g. Business Administration or Industrial Engineering) with a focus on Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain processes

• Several years of experience in consulting or industry, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail.

• Extensive business experience in Manufacture to Supply processes and/or production planning processes gained through projects and/or operations

• Deep knowledge of SAP PP, preferably also S/4HANA, ideally with rollout experience

• Strategic thinking with a strong mindset to drive improvement and operational excellence

• You share vision of a digitalized, flexible, and efficient supply chain, AI-ready for the future

• Ready to work in an international environment and willing to travel

• High level of initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm
