  • Own Bosch automotive semiconductor sales business in the ASEAN region, driving market entry and sales growth.

  • Lead new business development, including customer identification and early engagement, to achieve sales breakthrough from zero to first revenue.

  • Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and distributors across ASEAN.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity development to nomination and SOP support.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-oriented solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and customer needs, providing market insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Closely collaborating with BBM M local sales, BST, MS etc. organization in ASEAN

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fields

  • 5+ years’ experience in automotive tier1 or semiconductor industry sales, project mgmt., product development or business development.

  • Good understanding of automotive tier1 or semiconductor products .

  • Proven capability in new business development and customer management.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.

  • Willingness to travel within ASEAN

  • Working experiences with ASEAN customers are preferred
