岗位职责：
1.负责LV2（ACC/LCC/LKA/ELKA/TSI/TLA）功能，NOA功能等行车自动驾驶系统功能需求和技术规范定义，整理编制相关需求文档；
2.负责需求分析及分解，包括场景需求，ODD定义，感知拆解，规划控制模块接口、链路和计划方案确认；
3.负责客户项目技术问题追踪，分析测试问题，落实方案并识别技术风险，确保系统设计的合理性和可行性，并牵头推动技术问题解决；
4.跨团队、跨部门沟通合作解决系统关键问题。
职位要求：
1.计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业本科以上；
2.有自动驾驶、ADAS或AD产品系统开发和应用经验3年+，有开发经验更优；
3.对于问题定义，分析有着非常强的能力，具有结构化、系统化思维；
4.有自动驾驶大规模量产经验优先;
5.快速学习的能力；
6.良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力和问题解决能力。
