1). Bachelor degree above, engineering education background is better​

2). More than 5 years working experiences in problem solving, CIP activities and project management. Leadership experience is preferred.​

3).Strong sense of responsibility, Ownership, Hardworking.​

4).Get involvement in NE advanced topics, working with many different people and organizations, overview over different engineering and non-engineering areas
