Your contribution to something big:
- Coordinate the implementation of new HR requirements in SAP systems as part of our global S/4HANA transformation projects;
- Support testing activities in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Master Data Management) by managing defects, solving problems, and driving investigations;
- Collaborate with HR IT teams to update and maintain data in SAP HR systems;
- Coordinate multiple international projects, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution;
- Contribute to developing innovative concepts for HR processes and master data integration within the future HR-IT landscape;
- Engage in various project phases, delivering high-quality solutions for HR-IT topics and work packages.
What distinguishes you:
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience of more than 3 years in project management across all phases (initiation to closure), ideally in HR-IT landscapes (SAP HCM, Success Factors);
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Payroll and Master Data);
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Know-how: Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and MS Office tools.
- Languages: Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
- Working Style & Personality: Analytical thinker with high flexibility, proactive mindset, and structured approach. Independent yet collaborative.
