Your contribution to something big:

  • Coordinate the implementation of new HR requirements in SAP systems as part of our global S/4HANA transformation projects;
  • Support testing activities in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Master Data Management) by managing defects, solving problems, and driving investigations;
  • Collaborate with HR IT teams to update and maintain data in SAP HR systems;
  • Coordinate multiple international projects, acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution;
  • Contribute to developing innovative concepts for HR processes and master data integration within the future HR-IT landscape;
  • Engage in various project phases, delivering high-quality solutions for HR-IT topics and work packages.

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience of more than 3 years in project management across all phases (initiation to closure), ideally in HR-IT landscapes (SAP HCM, Success Factors);
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HCM (Payroll and Master Data);
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Know-how: Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and MS Office tools.
  • Languages: Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Working Style & Personality: Analytical thinker with high flexibility, proactive mindset, and structured approach. Independent yet collaborative.
