Plan, coordinate, and control the inbound, warehouse, internal replenishement and outbound operations as driven by: customer orders, sales plans, production capacity, material supply and transport with the purpose of achieving and maintining RT targets for customer service, inventory turns and supply chain costs. Associate will use the skills of negotiation, planning, and logistics to direct and collabrate with internal and external resources to effectively "agree, produce and deliver the products that are marketed, on time, in the right quantity & mix and within the pre-established selling conditions."

From the division, BU & Plant Policy Deployment & procedures, sets direction, implements the Plant Logistics Vision, Strategy & tracks OKRs /targets achievement

Drives the supply chain validation part of the S&OP process, to ensure components' availability, production capacity & proper dealing with any other constrain to achieve expected Service Level & keep backlog at minimum

Ensures the best mode of transportation is used in terms of most efficient utilization, rates & in-transit times to get the lowest possible Supply Chain Cost

Establish best in class Material handling & inventory Management policies & system parameters' setting to secure healthy levels based on supply base location & thus supporting FCF targets

Develops team competencies to master their roles and embraces new technologies to drive productivity/efficiency in LOG/LOM through digitalization, automation
