Primary Job Location: Gangaikondan (candidate must be flexible to travel to Chennai location for customer visits)

Primary Responsibilities and Accountability:

• Administer the IT strategy calendar and targets as per Organization plan and Plant to leverage on standardized IT tools and IT enabled best practices and processes in alignment with business strategy of Plant and internal guidelines

• Promote the adoption of state-of-the-art technology across organization to enhance business efficiency, reduce the usage of obsolete technology and processes to promote adherence to latest IT technology implementation as per business needs.

• Implement IT applications and infrastructure at organization to cater to current and future business requirements and embrace new technology in alignment with organization's IT portfolio to deliver agreed Key Performance Results (KPR) with customer.

• Implement Planned IT infrastructure investment in an optimal manner to ensure business continuity and reduce excess spend for plants.

• Control the usage of Information security Directives and guidelines to minimize cyber security risk by collaborating with other governance teams for ensuring continuous process improvements.

• Develop a culture of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for successful and timely delivery of projects to enhance technology user experience.

• Contribute to employee well being and motivation through development trainings in latest technologies and soft skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage information security & privacy related concept of the business unit.

• Support the business owner in ensuring the business operations are as per the security expectations set - corporate, regional and domain specific.

• Responsible for information privacy and security awareness initiative and programs

• Responsible for audits and other privacy compliance checks - internal and external

• Responsible for all the operational activities of business unit pertaining to information security and privacy.

• Develop and maintain ISP (INFORMATION SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION) (Concept

• IS Regulations and IS Documentation

• Responsible for ISP (INFORMATION SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION) awareness training initiatives

• Consultation and Support on privacy and security related queries to the users

• Familiarity with legal, regulatory and other compliance needs in the area of information security and identity and access management.

Educational qualification: Bachelor in Technology & Engineering

Experience: Exp: 9 - 10 Years

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Information, Security & Data Protection experience
• IT Infrastructure and Budgeting experience.
