The ideal candidate will act as the primary subject matter expert for all C&B topics, supporting our HR partners and business leaders. A critical aspect of this role will be supporting the harmonization of C&B programs in a post-merger acquisition environment, ensuring our strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our global and regional principles.

- Serve as the regional subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all C&B topics for HR teams and business leaders.
Compensation Management
- Lead and coordinate the annual salary review (ASR) process across the Americas region, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct job evaluations and manage local grading structures to maintain internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Provide strategic oversight and project leadership for sales short-term incentive (STI) plans and other variable pay programs.
- Articulate and communicate the regional pay mix and total rewards philosophy to key stakeholders.
- Manage external vendor partnerships (e.g., Mercer) to support salary benchmarking and market data analysis.
Benefits and Pension Oversight
-
Oversee occupational benefits and pension programs across multiple countries within the region.
-
Ensure all benefit offerings are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with workforce needs.
-
Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory
-
Act as the primary regional representative and interface for the C&B function.
-
Equip and empower local HR partners (HRLs/HRGs) with tools, training, and expert guidance on all C&B-related matters.
-
Provide specialized advisory support for senior-level roles (e.g., SL3 positions), ensuring alignment with leadership compensation strategy.
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
-
7-10+ years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits.
-
Essential: Demonstrable experience supporting C&B activities in a post-merger acquisition environment, including program analysis, design, and harmonization.
-
Deep experience managing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries within the Americas (North, Central, and South America).
-
Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and experience with grading systems (e.g., IPE).
-
Proven track record of managing annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
-
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
-
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
