1、负责新一代高算力芯片的端到端大模型VLA预研和量产落地。

2、负责一阶段端到端的原型开发、算法验证、功能迭代;

3、负责感知、导航、PnP的多任务训练;负责训练模型的数据分布和模型的评价准出。

4、负责端到端新范式的探索,比如pure sparse架构,diffusion planner, RL-planner,vision-language-planner。

  • 硕士以上学历,国际重点实验室博士优先,发表过影响力论文优先;
  • 对下一代自动驾驶算法和AI大模型有强烈的探索欲望;
  • 熟悉query-based, diffusion-based, RL-based Deep learning Planner范式;有系统思维、熟悉无图导航、时空联合规划经验的优为加分项;
  • 对技术创新有浓厚兴趣,自主学习能力强。
