岗位职责:

  • 负责自动驾驶感知模块与后处理系统的接口定义、方案设计及持续优化,确保系统高效稳定运行。
  • 深入参与泊车感知相关算法开发与迭代,包括但不限于:车位检测与跟踪
  • Road Marker 与 Wheel Stop 跟踪
  • Freespace 与 OCC(Occupancy)后处理
  • 负责 Mid Trim 与 Entry Trim 之间的后处理模块迁移与整合,确保系统兼容性与性能提升。
  • 协同上下游团队,推动感知-规划-控制链路的技术落地与性能优化。
  • 撰写技术文档,完成算法测试、验证与部署,支持实车路测与问题排查。

任职要求

必备条件:

  • 计算机、自动化、电子工程、 robotics 或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  • 3年以上自动驾驶感知或后处理相关开发经验,熟悉摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等多传感器融合技术。
  • 熟练掌握 C++/Python,具备良好的算法实现与工程化能力。
  • 熟悉深度学习在感知任务中的应用,掌握常见目标检测、跟踪、分割模型(如 YOLO、Mask R-CNN、DeepSORT 等)。
  • 具备泊车感知或相关场景(如车位识别、freespace 检测、OCC 建模)的实际项目经验。
  • 了解自动驾驶系统架构,具备模块接口设计与系统集成经验。
  • 具备较强的逻辑思维、问题定位与解决能力,能够独立推进技术任务。

优先条件:

  • 具有两段式端到端自动驾驶项目经验者优先。
  • 熟悉 Mid Trim/Entry Trim 系统或相关嵌入式平台者优先。
  • 具备模块迁移、系统重构或算法部署优化经验者优先。
  • 在顶级会议(CVPR、ICCV、IROS等)或期刊发表过相关论文者优先。
