• Management for planning, realization, renovation and testing for firefighting system and ELV system including security system, network etc.

• Responsible for installation, maintenance and repair in either firefighting and ELV system work.

• Planning, realization and supervision of firefighting and ELV systems. Organize maintenance, inspection, trouble shooting and repair work of firefighting and ELV system. Respond and resolve the cause of firefighting and ELV system and restore.

• Analyze the cause of the failure or malfunction of the equipment or systems.

• Provide technical support in the relevant area.

• Support in defining relevant process definition and creation of relevant documentation (e.g. firefighting linkage management etc.).

• Building management, including optimization of building layout, management of building area, and related projects such as building renovation.

• Continuous updating of drawings, proficient in using CAD software to manage and update drawings.

• Master or bachelor degree in firefighting /ELV/Building system

• 3~5 years experience in relative firefighting /ELV/Building area

• Good skill of MS,CAD software

• Firefighting engineer certificate priority
