Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Digital Expert for Sales Process and Excellence to lead and optimize our end-to-end digital sales processes, drive sales planning and controlling process digitalization, and derive efficiency improvement with digital tools and AI. The ideal candidate will combine deep digital expertise, data analysis and data-driven insights, and hands-on development of digital tools, to elevate our sales planning, controlling, commercial operations and maximize accuracy and efficiency through digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Optimize sales excellence frameworks (including sales planning and controlling, quotation process and commercial operation)

2. Design and develop digital tools ( SAP, BI, sales automation software, analytics platforms, etc.) to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and boost team productivity.

3. Analyze, Track and Report sales KPI data (STP, SE, PCR, AR, DSO) to identify chance, risk, and actionable insights for the sales and planning/controlling team with dashboard

4. Provide targeted coaching and training to sales area ( Sales, Sales Planner and Controller, Project Managers, Commercial Managers), equipping them with advanced digital knowledge and skills

5. Collaborate with cross functional team to utilize digitalization and AI tools on company level (eg. Finance & Controlling, Logistic, BU)

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field

2. Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in digital or AI area

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable measures

• Programing languages and Frameworks, proficiency in backend/frontend language eg. Python

• Mastery of database design, optimization and querying eg. SQL

• Familiar with cloud native technologies, API design

• Experience in sales process, eg. sales planning, controlling
