［主な業務内容］

生産計画・在庫管理:　製品および部品の生産計画を立案し、製品・部品在庫の適正管理、新規立ち上げ・変更・打ち切り管理

受注・出荷・輸送管理:　顧客納期管理からデポ・輸送業者との連携まで、受注から納品までの一連の物流業務

外部連携・資材調達:　サプライヤーからの部品調達・納期管理、輸送業者やデポなど外部業者との連携、発注管理

輸出管理:　海外輸出に関する管理業務

その他：品質・コスト管理: コスト削減活動を推進し、業務効率化と品質向上

システム・データ管理: SAPマスターデータの登録・メンテナンス、販売計画の確認、生産管理システムの見直しと改善

Hiring of Logistic group Leader, production control department (OEM Products)

This department is responsible for the entire production control process, from receiving orders for automotive components from our customers to their final delivery.

［Key Responsibilities］

Production Planning & Inventory Management: Develops production plans for both finished products and parts, ensures optimal management of product and component inventory, and oversees new product launches, changes, and discontinuations.

Order, Shipping & Transportation Management: Manages the entire logistics process from order reception to delivery, including customer deadline management and coordination with depots and transportation providers.

External Collaboration & Procurement: Coordinates parts procurement and delivery schedules with suppliers, manages relationships with external vendors such as transporters and depots, and oversees ordering processes.

Export Management: Manages all administrative and operational tasks related to international exports.

Quality & Cost Control: Drives cost reduction activities to improve operational efficiency and product quality.

System & Data Management: Responsible for SAP master data registration and maintenance, reviewing sales plans, and continuous improvement of the production management system.

Experienced Logistics (e.g. Supply chain management, Logistics concept, inventory management)

This site is a primary base for our passenger car Brake business, where all functions from development to production are integrated.
