Responsibility for the jumbo slitting and operation of machine, quality, BPS/5S.

Responsibilities;

.1. Overall jumbo slitting / machine operator

.2. Accuracy for jumbos / slit rolls consumption

.3. Optimization of equipment and the use of

.4. Following BPS/5S/HSE rules

.5. To make suggestions and recommendations about improvements

Duties

.1. Complete set up and operation of Jumbo Slitter

.2. Accurate consumption of materials BPS/5S/HSE standards to follow

.3. Multi tasking (pre and post processing)

Knowledge / Skill / Experience:

.1. Possesses basic mechanical skills

.2. Basic mathematical skills (measurements, standard, metric)

.3. Legible hand writing

Operate lift equipment

Unloading and reloading pallets

Printing labels

Reading and following standard operating procedures

Maintaining knowledge of high risk items and how to handle them

Maintaining knowledge of all safety requirements and procedures and adhere to all Safety Absolutes

Understanding milk run pick-up points

Understanding of Kan Ban methodology:

Adhere to "5S" standards.

Adhere to the 14 Quality Basics

Perform other essential and related duties as may be required.
