  • 全流程招聘管理:主导中高端岗位的人才寻访、甄选、面试协调及offer谈判,确保关键岗位及时到岗,对招聘结果负责。

  • 渠道优化与维护:开发并维护多元化招聘渠道(猎头、社交媒体、校园招聘等),定期分析渠道效果,降低招聘成本。

  • 多项目并行处理:同时推进多个招聘项目,高效协调跨部门需求,合理分配资源,确保各项目进度达标。

  • 数据驱动优化:分析招聘核心数据(到岗率、渠道转化率、周期等),提出策略改进方案,持续提升招聘效率。

  • 入职衔接与基础员工关系:优化新员工入职流程,衔接试用期跟踪等基础员工关系工作,保障入职体验。

  • 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业优先;

  • 5年以上人力资源经验,其中3年以上专注招聘模块,制造业或快速成长企业背景优先;

  • 核心能力:具备出色的多线程工作能力,能在高压环境下高效推进任务,积极主动解决问题,结果导向;

  • 具备英文工作文档处理能力(CET-6及以上优先)。
