1.与博世具体需求相结合，负责提升VLM在细分领域上的性能和表现，提高模型安全性和可控性。参与数据集的处理和管理，开发并优化大模型。
2.与国内顶尖大学研究者紧密合作，推动研究的完成与落地，发表学术论文、申请相关专利。
3.积极跟进大模型的前沿技术发展，探索新技术进行原型验证。

计算机、人工智能、自动化、应用数学等相关专业的博士。有较强的编程能力，熟练掌握Py Torch等主流框架。

熟悉多模态大模型或LLM，有相关项目经历者优先。
-
流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先。
-
在顶尖期刊或会议上发表过论文者优先。
