1. Responsible for the control algorithm implementation, test, and maintain of industrial hydraulic component and product 负责液压元件及相关产品的嵌入式控制算法实现、测试和维护

2. Controller algorithmic design, software development, test and release控制器的算法设计，软件开发，测试和释放

3. Support the testing and validation of hydraulic components支持液压元件测试和验证

4. Work with hardware engineers to optimize system performance与硬件工程师合作，优化系统性能

5. Debug and troubleshoot embedded software issues and document software design, development, and testing processes调试和解决嵌入式软件问题, 记录软件设计、开发和测试过程

6. Bachelor degree or above in software engineering, computer, automation, telecommunication and other related fields软件工程、计算机、自动化、通信工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

7. 2+ years of experience in C/C++ programming for embedded systems 2年及以上嵌入式软件C/C++开发经验

8. Solid understanding of hardware components, communication protocols (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI, CAN), and debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscope) 深入了解硬件组件、通信协议（如 UART、I2C、SPI、CAN）及调试工具（如 JTAG、示波器）

9. Experienced in automatic control closed loop, specialy digital PID control system熟练掌握闭环控制, 尤其数字PID控制

10. Good teamwork, problem-solving, learning skills and proficient in English 具备良好的团队协作、问题解决和学习能力, 英语熟练
