• 与客户，供应商和项目团队协商交付时间和内容

• 负责交付系统的整体质量

• 协调/领导迭代计划和周期会议，定期提供项目状态报告

-项目风险管理，监控和保证项目绩效指标到达目标

• 管控，维护并调整项目预算

• 支持团队整合所有项目预算和状态
