Job Roles and Responsibilities:

'Internal Product Quality Management

• Preventive Quality Management

• Series Quality Management

• Product Quality Monitoring

• Quality Improvement

• Participate in process/system audit.

• Participate project teamwork.

• Coordinate on leadplant and customer audit.

• Claim management (issue 4Q, containment actions’ definition, 8D follow-up…)

• Q-competence development at RBCE, eg. PPAP, QG, FMEA, etc.

• Other task assigned by supervisor.

Education: Bachelor's in electronic or mechanic Engineering.

Work Experience: Experience in the automotive Quality management preferred

Knowledge/ Skills: Knowledge of Quality management system, eg. IATF16949, VDA6.3

Knowledge of Quality Management Methods, eg. PPAP, QG, FMEA, 8D, MSA, 6-sigma, etc.

• Good understanding of Bosch 14Q principle

• Good understanding of preventive quality management approach and safe launch planning will be better.
