About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Process Manager to lead the governance and development of logistics processes within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) domain. This role is critical in aligning processes with the global strategy, ensuring standardization, and driving continuous improvement across departments and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, align, and adapt logistics processes based on user requirements, regulations, and strategic goals.

Create central directives (procedures) and best practice documentation for Portugal.

Ensure processes are documented, standardized, accessible, and collaboratively managed.

Define and implement process improvement measures based on data analysis (KPIs), audits, and identified needs.

Ensure business requirements from operational departments align with defined processes.

Lead process design and implementation in collaboration with Process Delegates and LOE, providing guidance and support.

Harmonize processes in line with preferred IT solution standards.

Support the definition and implementation of standard logistics processes and IT system requirements.

University degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management; postgraduate degrees (e.g., PhD, MBA) or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS) are highly valued.

Proven leadership experience.

Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, both in operations and project environments.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
