• Responsible for all activities of Production Molding tools services & cleaning and Repair.
• Day to day support Production injection molding tools trouble shooting.
• Work with team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and support all document to concern tool service function and follow-up all activity Bosch standard.
• Support Molding tool shop to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently on time and inline with quality standards.
• Support Molding tools utilization, service & maintenance and support inspection data Tooling parts.
• Daily support Injection molding tools Disassembly, Tools assembly process and insert tools testing.
• Basic CNC surface grinding machine, turning machine, washing machine, welding machine, polishing process require daily support.

Education Background:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Technology, Plastics Engineering, or related discipline.

Qualifications:

• Know basic in English.
• Experience in Molding tools manufacturing processes is a must min. 3 years
• Tools manufacturing processes and service & cleaning.
• Professional experience in Tool&Die Molding tools and Machining process.
• Molding injection repair and service/ appreciate in CAD basic.
• Know-how 2D and 3D dimension drawing.
• Basic Plastic injection process.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
