Design engineer for EBS (Electronic Braking System) products

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Design to fulfil function and reliability requirements

(Design solution, prepare BOM, drawings & 3D model, DFMEA, technical analysis based on physical model)

1. Design for SE work (support industrialization, SC evaluation, cmk/cpk evaluation,)

2. Plant support (support manufacture to improve FPY, solve problems) and RPP (cost reduction)

3. Technical communication and coordination with project manager/ purchasing/ Manufacture

Qualification Requirement

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering

• Skilled w/ software Creo/ Pro/E (3D modeling, 2D drawing)

• Basic process knowledge (plastic/Al molding, machining, assembly)

• Fluent in English

Job relevant Knowledge and Experience

• Mechanical design experience

• Good at self learing and derive function group through physic model

• Good at comminication, coordination and tracking

• Experience of EBS related (braking modular, magnetic valves, relay valves, dynamic sealing, plastic/Al)
