Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal training sessions (materials preparation, documentation, logistics support).
• Perform basic data analysis to support automation initiatives and reporting.
• Participate in automation projects aimed at reducing manual effort, improving process efficiency and visualizing data.
• Help document processes, automation workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to test, validate, and improve automated solutions.

Other Responsibilities

• Supports Team Leader with adminstration tasks.

• Support daily activities of the Automation team.

• Maintaining Automation team’s documentations

• University (Computer Science or Information Technology or Data Science, etc)

• Mandatory: English

• Japanese skill is a plus

• MS office (Excel and PowerPoint)

• Programming skill

• Good communication and prioritization skill

• Willing to learn

• Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas

• Can work independently

• Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility
