Job Title: SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant

Experience Required: 7+ years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with strong functional expertise and at least one end-to-end implementation experience. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of SAP TM processes, integration with core SAP modules, and a solid understanding of SAP’s product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP TM implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze transportation management requirements and translate them into efficient SAP TM solutions.

• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, HCM) depending on the functional area expertise.

• Provide functional support and enhancements across one or more process areas:

o Quote to Cash (Q2C)

o Record to Report (R2R)

o Hire to Retire (H2R)

o Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Ensure system alignment with SAP best practices and future roadmap.

• Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide post-implementation support.

• Work with cross-functional teams and technical consultants for seamless system integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of total experience in SAP with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP Transportation Management (TM).

• At least 1 full lifecycle implementation experience in SAP TM.

• Hands-on experience in configuration, business process mapping, and functional documentation.

• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and transportation processes.

• Good understanding of SAP’s product roadmap and integration capabilities with S/4HANA and other SAP cloud solutions.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in S/4HANA TM implementation or migration projects.

• Exposure to SAP EWM, SD, or MM modules.

• SAP Certification in Transportation Management or related modules.

B.E or B.Tech,MBA

10+ years of total experience in SAP with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Transportation Management (TM).
