As a technical assistant to the engineering area, you are responsible for initiating, preparing, following up, coordinating and, if necessary, moderating management meetings, briefings, strategic topics and other engineering general sessions for ME/NE-CN. Together with the team, you are responsible for safeguarding engineering process, audit, PMO, and governmental relations.
As a technology manager to the engineering area, you are responsible for NE-CN level technology and competence development.
You act as a contact person: in the ME-CN engineering teams for all topics relevant to the NE-CN management board.
You work independently on special topics and strategic deep dives and coordinate your approach with stakeholders beyond engineering.
Together with the executive assistants in related areas, you will take care of a quick coordination of overarching topics.
Education: master degree in engineering, business administration or comparable.
Experience and know-how: ideally several years of experience in mechanical engineering fields; and preferred experiences in leadership tasks.
Personality and way of working: you work solution-oriented and self-determined, being able to understand new and/or complex issues quickly; your communicative nature and your implementation talent distinguish you.
Enthusiasm: you enjoy a wide range of tasks with stakeholders at different levels and are internationally mobile and flexible in view of potential points of contact.
Languages: very good English in written and spoken; German is preferred
