We are seeking an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using Automation Anywhere (A360) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying RPA bots using Automation Anywhere, and will be responsible for automating business processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver business value. Roles & Responsibilities: - RPA Development: Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots using Automation Anywhere platform (A360) to automate business processes across various functions. - Solution Design & Architecture: Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and design RPA solutions that meet their requirements. - Bot Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of RPA bots to ensure they function as expected. Deploy bots into production environments. - Bot Monitoring & Support: Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot any issues in production, applying fixes or adjustments as necessary. - Documentation: Document RPA processes, bot configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Maintain proper version control and knowledge transfer documentation. - Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, IT, and other developers to deliver end-to-end RPA solutions. - Optimization: Continuously look for ways to optimize existing RPA bots and business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. ## Qualifications Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ## Additional Information Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
