• Contribute to the development and maintain backend services and AI-assisted PoC interfaces using Python;

• Help design, build, and automate cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) while applying security best practices;

• Support the creation and management of CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, including repository policies and secret management;

• Assist in implementing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions to ensure application performance and reliability;

• Improve developer workflows and experience by contributing to the development of internal platform tools;

• Collaborate with the development team, providing support on infrastructure and tooling;

• Participate in peer code reviews to uphold code and infrastructure quality;

• Contribute to creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation for processes, code, and infrastructure.

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, Cloud Engineer or similar;

• Solid experience with cloud architecture, security principles, and Infrastructure as Code, specifically with Terraform;

• Proficiency in a backend programming language (preferably Python), and hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Helm);

• Experience with building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for cloud environments;

• Familiarity with implementing and managing monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, etc.);

• A collaborative mindset and experience working effectively as part of an engineering team;

• Solid understanding of core IT fundamentals, including Linux, networking concepts (routing, load balancers, firewalls), and database management;

• Experience working within agile frameworks in a global team environment.
