负责车载域控制器以太网网络拓扑的设计和实施，理解智能车E/E架构

根据客户输入，定义以太网软件需求，按时完成软件开发和测试，解决bug
-
基于AUTOSAR/QNX/Linux，开发PHY, Switch和网卡驱动以及TCP/IP和网络应用协议
-
解决TC8，功耗，网络稳定性等问题，优化带宽和时延等网络性能指标
-
负责以太网相关中间件的开发或集成
-
跟踪和实施车载以太网新技术，如TSN网络，TC10等
-
计算机，电信或相关电子类专业本科及以上学历
-
3年以上网络协议开发和调试经验，具备座舱或ADAS域控制器实际开发经验者优先
-
精通TCP/IP，熟悉OSI网络模型、包转发和过 滤方法，对DNS/ARP/iptables等有开发经验
-
熟悉PHY, 交换机及Linux/QNX平台网卡驱动的开发和调试，以及交换机功能配置，固件升级等
-
良好的C/C++编程和debug技能，熟悉多线程编程，C++设计模式等优先
-
熟悉以太网中间件如AVTP, DoIP, Some/IP及DDS中的一个或多个者优先
-
熟悉AVB/TSN协议，如802.1AS, 802.1Qav, 802.1Qbv, 802.1Qci等优先
-
熟悉Linux/QNX内核网络模块和性能调优，或具备高通/英伟达平台开发经验者优先
-
熟悉AUTOSAR架构，以太网模块和开发工具链，具备TC3XX或RH850经验者优先
-
无障碍阅读英文芯片手册和技术文档，口语能交流
-
良好的自驱力及团队合作精神
