Job Summary:

We are seeking an SAP O2C Functional Consultant ( preferred w.3- 4 years of experience) .

The ideal candidate should have good Enterprise-IT-Solution consulting & project experience with SAP S/4HANA Solutions/projects.

The candidate should also possess strong learning abilities and maintain an interest in SAP Cloud-based Portfolio, actively thinking about and experimenting with related State-of-Art SAP features such as BTP extension, SAP AI capability.

Job Description:

• Provide professional consulting, solution Design & Implementation support to Sales Process relevant IT-Solution requirements fulfilled by (incl. further extended Scenarios like Digitalized Sales/Ecommerce/ Customer Services)
• Analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions within the SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, ensuring the system meets business needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to drive successful project implementation and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business Info Systems, Sales or Logistic, Finance, or related.​
• 2+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA O2C implementation/support experience
• Grasp of S/4HANA O2C core processes; Fiori familiarity, SAP BTP Hands-on Experiences a plus.​
• Strong consultative potential: listen to clients, gather/analyze real needs and create clear concept designs (process mapping tools like Visio preferred).​
• Excellent communication/collaboration; problem-solving; attention to detail; adaptability to fast-paced projects.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt, a keen interest in emerging technologies (such as BTP, AI, Automation and a willingness to explore their applications in the O2C process.
• Integration knowhow (API, OData) for e2e Solution-Design & basic ABAP Debugging skills is plus.
