This is a multifaceted role that combines user success, content marketing, community operations, and cross-departmental collaboration. You will be responsible for driving the internal adoption and user satisfaction of our GenAI products, ensuring they become indispensable efficiency tools for Bosch employees through strategic promotion and comprehensive enablement.

  • Integrated Marketing & Content Creation: Plan and produce all product promotional materials, including demo videos, case studies, posters, and product emails.
  • Create comprehensive, easy-to-understand user tutorials, guides, and training materials covering all stages from beginner to expert.
  • User Enablement & Training System: Design and execute a multi-tiered training program (e.g., new user onboarding, customized departmental workshops, advanced skill-sharing sessions).
  • Establish and operate a “Product Ambassador” or super-user community to foster a collaborative learning ecosystem.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination & Promotion: Proactively engage with various business departments to diagnose needs, promote customized solutions, and coordinate resources to drive product implementation.
  • Act as a product “evangelist,” continuously increasing product visibility and influence internally.
  • Operational Activities & Data Analysis: Plan and execute online/offline promotional events (e.g., innovation contests, launch events).
  • Monitor user adoption data, analyze user behavior, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide market insights for product optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with 3+ years of experience in User Success, Product Operations, Internal Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent content creation and visual presentation skills, coupled with strong public speaking and training abilities.
  • Strong cross-departmental coordination and project management skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing others.
  • Data-sensitive, with the ability to extract insights from user behavior and feedback.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation, with a strong learning ability to quickly grasp the core value of new products.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
  • Bonus Points: Familiarity with the basic principles and application scenarios of Generative AI (e.g., Large Language Models, AIGC tools).
  • Experience in building and operating online communities.

Skills in multimedia content creation, such as video editing and graphic design.
