We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team based in Kings Park, NSW. This is a hands-on role supporting the Electrical department and production operations across workshop and plant environments.
You will carry out electrical tasks to support daily output requirements, working closely with production and maintenance teams to deliver quality outcomes and efficient job completion. This role suits an Electrician with industrial experience who enjoys a practical, team-based environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Electrical panel building, field wiring, and point-to-point testing in line with drawings and specifications
- Fault finding, troubleshooting, and electrical support across workshop, plant, and production environments
- PLC wiring, motor starters, and support through build, test, and final acceptance stages
- Completion of final acceptance testing and test result documentation
- General workshop, plant, and equipment electrical maintenance and repairs, including breakdown support
- Supporting production to meet daily output and delivery requirements
- Managing time and labour across multiple jobs where required
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices as required
- Ensuring tools, calibrated equipment, and work areas are maintained to standard
Position Requirements:
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or above
- Current Electrical License
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Electrician in an industrial environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Practical, results-focused approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and effective communication skills
