2.Evaluate workplaces for ergonomic compliance and provide recommendations to reduce health risks. Apply a holistic approach to ergonomics management and promote workplace safety.

3.Implement time management practices with integrity and support project evaluation processes.

4.Control and drive plant Kaizen activities to continuously improve efficiency and processes.

5.Participate in new MAE designs & NPI projects from the earliest stage to prevent build-in issues.
