Job Summary

Ø Plan and coordination of software development for airbag control unit

Ø Software requirements Management (Requirment analysis, Engeneering, Development and review)

Ø Software project monitoring and control

Ø Planning and communicate with development team

Ø Delivery of a released software according to project timing schedule

customer interface for SW topics

Job Responsibilities

Ø Responsible for the software in an assigned customer project:

o Quality (Pass quality gates)

o Planning, Montoring & Control

o On-Time-Delivery (OTD)

o Requirement management

Ø Contact person for customer questions concerning software topics

Ø development strategy with development team according to process

Ø support project team for software tasks

Ø manage software change requests

Ø Identify risks and risk path in software development for projects

Ø Perform technical analysis triggered by defects and customer feedback

Ø Perform required reviews

Support Bosch and customer production line for software topics

Ø Bachelor degree in automotive engineering,electrical engineering, information technology

Ø Work experience in engineering, approx. 2-3 years, preferable in automotive industry; basic understanding of restraint system functions desired

Ø Total system thinking, analytical mind and knowledge of time-management

Ø Understanding and presentation of complex topics and relations

Ø Strong motivation, Good in conflict management and systematic problem solving

Ø Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers and international local and global engineering teams (China, Germany, Vitenam.etc)

Ø Good communication

Very good in oral and written in Chinese and English
