1. 维护机器和工艺，以减少TA损失和废料损失;

2. 机器和工艺故障排除的有效性;

3. 指导员工正确使用和维护机器、固定装置，以确保质量;

4. 为P-FMEA/控制计划设置和更新提供技术支持;

5. 对机器和夹具执行TPM;

6. 执行日常检查;

7. ESD控制和应变测试控制;

8. 分析机器和工艺问题，立即采取行动;

9. 根据主管的要求执行其他任务。

10. 机械工业或相关专业大专学历;

11. 3-5年制造部门或技术部门工作经验;

12. 有电气自动化，机器人调试相关经验有优先;

13. 有机械加工经验;

14. 了解问题解决方法，如8D、PSS、PDCA等;

15. 了解PFMEA、CP和其他生产相关文件;

16. 以质量思维理解质量工具;

17. 良好的沟通和概述.
