We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Smart Start Bosch Production Systems (BPS) Engineer.

The role is based at Bursa Bosch Brake Systems Plant.

Your contribution to something big:

• Support Industrial Engineering efforts by leveraging data collection and analysis to drive process improvement

• Contribute to lean activities, productivity calculations, time studies, workflow and ergonomic analysis

• Conduct detailed cycle time (CT) and loss analyses and contribute to efficiency and CT improvement projects

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and engineering initiatives

• Tracking projects implemented in the factory

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student of Engineering disciplines (Industrial preferred)

• Being a student for min. 11 months continuously

• Minimum 3 full days attendance is required

• Very good command in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• SAP and Power BI Knowledge are a plus

• Good communication and team working skills

• Eager to learn and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and positive mindset

• Basic Knowledge about the automotive industry and serial production
