[SO] ServiceNow Intern

Your tasks

We are looking for a motivated IT-related undergraduate or fresh graduate to join our Service Now Practice team as an intern.

You will support platform configuration, scripting, portal development, and integration work under the guidance of senior developers.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Service Now modules (Incident, Change, Problem) under developer guidance.
• Write and test Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes using JavaScript (Glide Record, Glide Ajax).
• Build and style Service Portal widgets using HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
• Inspect and fix UI issues via browser DevTools.
• Assist in configuring outbound REST messages and Integration Hub spokes.
• Parse and handle JSON payloads in scripts.
• Write Glide Record queries and contribute to Service Now reports and dashboards.
• Understand table relationships and data filtering.
• Document update sets, scripts, and configuration changes with clear technical notes in English.
