• Work closely with the IT team to ensure integration of e Commerce systems, applications, and technologies. Domain area: e Commerce

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design efficient workflows and processes (e2e).

• Develop detailed documentation of end-to-end processes for e Commerce operations.

• Prepare customer specification documents for SAP ERP implementation and integration and align it with respective Process Owner.

• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Create and maintain process standards and guidelines.

• Provide training and support on new processes and systems.

• Organize and coordinate test phases from e2e process perspective

• Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e Commerce operations, process design, and documentation.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems and processes (focus on Order-To-Cash) and integration with e Commerce platforms.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and design.

• Experience in project management and change management methodologies is preferred.
