Be responsible for direct material commercial purchasing activities in XIP, which includes Electronics and mechanical components.
-
Lead annual price negotiation of assigned commodity groups to meet the saving targets at both plant and commodity level.
-
Lead and follow up purchasing projects, e.g. second source project, supplier development project. Support other purchasing project, e.g. cost saving project.
-
Maintain strong cross-functional working relationships with internal departments and plants in order to implement design changes, quality improvement initiatives, part number reduction and cost reduction.

Daily purchasing info maintain; monthly purchasing activities report analysis.
6.Work with purchasing team to solve daily issues (Delivery, Quality, etc) in supply process
1.Minimum 3~5 years of purchasing experience in Electronics industry;
2.Bachelor degree major in mechanical or engineering;
3.Good communication skill & interpersonal skill;
4.Electronics technical background
5.Proficiency in English;
6.Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests;
7.Good team player and networker;
8.Ability to work under pressure;
