设计文字/动画/声音等多模态交互方案，建立ADAS与座舱的交互优先级体系

制定完整的HMI交互规范，包括对座舱、地图、SR App等的交互接口及依赖关系，负责和座舱的需求传递

HMI系统架构与需求管理：
-
具备ADAS系统架构知识，熟悉CAN/Ethernet通信矩阵
-
基于客户需求、法规及竞品分析，系统性撰写并分解HMI需求，协调ADAS 上下游开发
-
项目全周期管理：
-
负责HMI方案从设计到量产的全程推进
-
主导HMI相关问题的分析与闭环解决
-
3年以上ADAS HMI开发/设计经验，有量产项目经验
-
对LV2和NOA功能表现和需求有一定了解
-
精通ADAS HMI设计规范及行业发展趋势
-
具体良好的客户沟通能力，以及项目节点压力下的多任务处理能力
-
具备优秀的跨团队协作和产品思维
