The Office of Executive (OFE) for BGSV/COR is a high-impact strategic and operational role reporting directly to the Head of COR. This position provides opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shape organization-wide strategies, and gain visibility across leadership network. The OFE will support the Finance, Logistics, Facility Management, Outsourcing Management, Internal Control System, and Business Digital Organization departments under COR’s leadership - driving strategic initiatives, ensuring execution excellence, and fostering digital transformation across all areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to COR in enabling effective decision-making, alignment, and execution of strategic and digital initiatives across COR departments and the broader BGSV organization.

  • Support the development, deployment, and monitoring of BGSV’s Finance and Commercial strategies, ensuring alignment with Bosch's priorities.

  • Drive and coordinate digitalization initiatives within COR and across BGSV, promoting efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Serve as a feedback and insight partner for COR - gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing leadership feedback to support continuous improvement and organizational development.

  • Co-develop content for Townhall Meetings, management forums, leadership offsites, and VIP visits in collaboration with the OFE of BGSV/GM.

  • Oversee budget planning, tracking, and reporting for the COR office, ensuring resource efficiency and transparency.

  • Support, prepare, and manage executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic reviews and communication with relevant internal/external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the OFE of BGSV/GM and other leadership offices to design and manage the leadership agenda, cadence, and strategic workshops.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal acumen with an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset.

  • Proven program or project management experience, preferably involving cross-functional and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, handle sensitive information with discretion, and work effectively across teams and levels.

  • Experience using data, analytics, and digital tools to measure impact, streamline processes, and enhance business performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across diverse domains (Finance, Facility, Outsourcing, Internal Control, and Digitalization).
