• Act as a quality window towards the contract manufacture (CM) sites of customer and direct customers in Vietnam.

• Work closely with CMs and customers include but not limit to collect failure parts and summarize failure information (FAR), monitor quality performance (PPM), failure analysis coordination, 8D report, failure analysis explanation, onsite support, relationship build up.

• Travel to the CMs and customers are expected.

• Besides Vietnam, also travel to Germany or China and other countries in Asia are possible.

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, chemistry, electronics or equivalent.

• At least 1-year professional experience in semiconductor business, especially a plus if have MEMS sensor experience.

• At least 2 years solid experience in customer related functions.

• Problem solving expertise and customer communication skills.

• High level of self-motivation, systematic thinking and team collaborative skills.

• Independent working capability is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of 8D, FA, MEMS sensor or semiconductor basics is necessary.

• Excellent English and Mandarin language. Vietnam local language is nice to have.

• Willing to travel.
