• 支持销售部门进行项目前期的技术沟通；

• 根据客户要求和相关设计规范，进行油缸报价、方案设计和详细设计（难度级别较高）；

• 设计方案应满足经济合理性，如原材料的选择，加工和装配的可行性；

• 设计问题处理和分析；

• 主导或参与CIP项目（设计流程、设计规范、标准化等）；

• 初级工程师技能培养；

• 其他临时性工作；

• 大学本科及以上，机械工程或相关专业，相关2~5年以上工作经验；

• 熟练使用AutoCAD、Pro-E及office等制图和办公软件；

• 英语四级以上，能够阅读或书写英文资料；

• 有油缸工作经验者优先考虑。
