JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for the settlement and collection of automotive after-sales service payments
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness of the bank/cash statement on a daily & monthly basis
• Review and proceed reimbursement according to company regulations
• Arrange reimbursement and payment for employees and suppliers through e-banking
• Issue VAT invoices based on sales orders, and complete the express delivery of invoices
• Complete other tasks assigned by department head or leader e.g. data analysis, process optimization etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Communication skill in both Chinese and English.
• Team player who is strong in analytical thinking, conflict management and influencing & impact.
