• Be responsible for frequency converter sales activity in region; 负责区域内变频器销售工作；

• Develop and complete sales strategies to achieve sales growth targets within the region; 制定销售策略完成增长指标；

• Focus on developing and growing the customer base to drive revenue; 维护以及发展客户驱动增长；

• Bachelor degree, Majoring in Automation, Electricity engineering is preferred. 本科以上学历，自动化，电气工程，机电一体化等专业优先

• 3-5 years sales experience, well known in industrial automation market and segments, especially OEM segments. 3-5年销售工作经历，熟悉自动化市场及行业，特别OEM行业客户

• Have knowledge about frequency converter and drive. 熟悉变频器及驱动业务模式

• Be positive, good in communication, have stress tolerance. 积极主动，善于沟通，具有抗压能力
