Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Eliminate unplanned machine breakdown (Repair, analysis root cause and sustainable countermeasure.)
• Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) plan.
• Work with related function to follow up, update and closed OPLs.
• Record, analysis, daily tracking Main KPIs of Maintenance cost, Fulfill level of Planned Maintenance and Machine Spare parts.
• 5S and Safety work
• Contribution of ISO14001 and ISO45001 target.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’ degree.

Special Skills:

1. Mechanical or Electrical e.g. drawing, electric circuit

2. Program Microsoft office e.g. Power point, Excel

Language Proficiency Level: N/A

Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
