• Plant Controller: Passthrough P&L and reporting. Passthrough Controlling (Monthly and planning)
• Central Product controlling reports (Transfer price, Passthrough analysis, MAT analysis etc. as define)
• Monthly Business Report for resources (HC, Inventory, personal cost etc.)
• SAP UE key user (SAP background is a plus)
• Matsian PPC (production cost) calculation in system
• New PPC project calculation
• Other tasks as require (write off/back, central reports, etc.)

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related fields.

Qualifications:

• Experience in cost-controlling or cost-analysis is preferrable.
• Experience in P&L-analysis is a plus.
• Strong ability to work in cross-functional, international environments, collaborating across departments, locations, entities, and hierarchy levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; German preferred due to LP interface. Ability to present P&L analyses to senior management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain high reliability while working independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, including execution and interpretation of complex calculations.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, with solid business and financial understanding.
• High affinity for IT systems and digital tools, particularly SAP and analytical applications.
• Confident decision-making capability, able to clearly communicate, defend, and drive decisions across functions.
• Continuous improvement orientation, with the ability to develop and enhance tools, processes, and cross-BU solutions.

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
