As a Full Stack Developer (Supply Chain Analytics Platform) within our APAC logistics service hub team, you will build end-to-end digital solutions that turn supply chain data into actionable insights. You will work closely with supply chain experts, data engineers, and product stakeholders to develop scalable backend services, intuitive frontend experiences, and reliable data loading pipelines. You will also contribute to operations and maintenance to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Main responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Kotlin or Java with Spring / Spring Boot (REST APIs, authentication/authorization, integrations, service-layer logic).
• Build and optimize frontend applications using TypeScript and React for analytics workflows, dashboards, and operational tools.
• Develop and maintain data loading / ingestion workflows using Python on Databricks (batch/near-real-time pipelines, data quality checks, transformations).
• Implement and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexing strategies, and data access patterns to support analytics and application needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate supply chain problems (inventory, transport, procurement, forecasting, cost) into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Apply LLMs in practical use cases (e.g., insight explanation, anomaly triage, natural-language query assistance), including prompt engineering and evaluation of outputs.
• Ensure solution reliability through operations & maintenance practices: monitoring, logging, alerting, incident handling, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
• Document architecture, APIs, data definitions, metrics, and runbooks to support long-term maintainability and onboarding.
• Contribute to code quality and delivery processes (testing, code review, CI/CD, release management).

Mandatory

• Solid experience in backend development with Kotlin or Java and Spring / Spring Boot.
• Solid experience in frontend development with TypeScript and React.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data processing and/or ETL, ideally in Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (data modeling, query optimization, performance tuning basics).
• Understanding of software engineering best practices (clean code, testing, version control, code reviews).
• Good analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with LLMs, especially prompt engineering (prompt patterns, grounding, evaluation, safety/quality checks).
• Experience with cloud environments and deployment (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization, or orchestration.
• Familiarity with data platform concepts (lakehouse, Delta tables, job scheduling, data lineage).
• Experience in building analytics products or internal platforms (role-based access, audit logs, dashboard UX).
• Supply chain domain knowledge (Inbound/Outbound, inventory turnover, lead time, OTIF, warehouse operations).
